{"id":289,"date":"2017-06-17T18:27:49","date_gmt":"2017-06-17T16:27:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/goktugturan.com\/blog\/?p=289"},"modified":"2017-06-17T18:27:49","modified_gmt":"2017-06-17T16:27:49","slug":"product-backlog-nedir","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/goktugturan.com\/blog\/product-backlog-nedir\/","title":{"rendered":"Product Backlog Nedir?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Agile d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecinde \u00f6\u011frenilen ve adapte olunan en \u00f6nemli kavramlardan birisi de <em><strong>&#8220;Product Backlog&#8221;<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ad\u0131ndan da anla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi \u00fczere, en basit ifade ile <em>\u00fcr\u00fcne ait yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken i\u015fler, \u00fcr\u00fcnde olmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6zellikler listesi<\/em> olarak \u00f6zetlenebilir.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Product Backlog bir <em><strong>liste<\/strong><\/em> oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bu yaz\u0131y\u0131 da maddeler halinde yazmak istiyorum.<\/p>\n<h4>Product Backlog nedir; ne de\u011fildir?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Scrum Guide<\/strong><\/em>&#8216;da ge\u00e7en ifade ile, Product Backlog, \u00fcr\u00fcnde olmas\u0131 gereken t\u00fcm i\u015flerin listelendi\u011fi, ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayan ve \u00f6ncelik s\u0131ras\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren tek kaynakt\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Product Backlog&#8217;un olu\u015fturulmas\u0131ndan, de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesinden ve s\u0131ralanmas\u0131ndan <em><strong>Product Owner<\/strong><\/em> sorumludur.<\/li>\n<li>Product Backlog, t\u00fcm ekibin g\u00f6rebilece\u011fi \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlan\u0131r. Agile d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde yer alan \u015feffafl\u0131k ve tak\u0131m aras\u0131 ileti\u015fim prensipleri gere\u011fi, Product Backlog gizli tutulmaz. Fakat listeye sadece Product Owner m\u00fcdahale eder.<\/li>\n<li>Product Backlog \u00fcr\u00fcnle beraber ya\u015fayan <em><strong>dinamik<\/strong><\/em> bir yap\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcr\u00fcne kat\u0131lacak <em><strong>de\u011ferler<\/strong><\/em> ve m\u00fc\u015fteri gereksinimleri do\u011frultusunda s\u00fcrekli de\u011fi\u015febilir. Hi\u00e7 bir zaman tamamlanmaz.<\/li>\n<li>Product Backlog, \u00e7o\u011funlukla <em><strong>user story<\/strong><\/em>lerden olu\u015fur. Fakat sonradan user storylere b\u00f6l\u00fcnmek \u00fczere daha kapsaml\u0131 ifadeler de Product Backlog dahiline eklenebilir. \u00dcr\u00fcne <em><strong>de\u011fer katacak<\/strong><\/em> her fikir, Product Backlog&#8217;a girebilir.<\/li>\n<li>Product Backlog&#8217;da yer alan maddeler olabildi\u011fince detayland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131, puanlar\u0131 ve \u00f6ncelikleri belirlenmelidir. Bu a\u015famada i\u015fin i\u00e7ine t\u00fcm ekip girebilir.<\/li>\n<li>\u0130deal bir Product Backlog&#8217;da yer alan maddeler, <em><strong>Bill Wake<\/strong><\/em>&#8216;in <em><strong>INVEST<\/strong><\/em> modeline uygun bir bi\u00e7imde haz\u0131rlanabilir. Bir user storynin en anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r ve sade bi\u00e7imde ele al\u0131nma bi\u00e7mi konusunda global standartlardan birisi olarak kabul edilen <em><strong>INVEST<\/strong><\/em> modeli, bir user storynin \u015fu \u00f6zelliklere sahip olmas\u0131 gereklili\u011fini savunur:\n<ul>\n<li>I: Independent (Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z)<\/li>\n<li>N: Negotiable (Tart\u0131\u015fmaya a\u00e7\u0131k)<\/li>\n<li>V: Valuable (De\u011fer ta\u015f\u0131yan)<\/li>\n<li>E: Estimable (Tahmin edilebilen)<\/li>\n<li>S: Small (K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck)<\/li>\n<li>T: Testable (Test edilebilen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Product Backlog<\/strong><\/em> ile <em><strong>Sprint Backlog<\/strong><\/em> farkl\u0131 kavramlard\u0131r. Product Backlog, \u00fcr\u00fcne ait yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken i\u015fleri listeler. Sprint Backlog ise bir <em><strong>sprint<\/strong><\/em>te yap\u0131lacak i\u015flerin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Product Backlog\u2019daki \u00f6ncelik s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re, t\u00fcm ekibin beraber olu\u015fturdu\u011fu bir listedir. Sprint Backlog, i\u015flerin puanlar\u0131na ve <em><strong>tak\u0131m\u0131n h\u0131z\u0131na (velocity)<\/strong><\/em> g\u00f6re olu\u015fturulur.<\/li>\n<li>Geli\u015ftirme Ekibi, bir sprint\u2019e ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce Product Backlog ile ilgilenir.
